Rosewalk

This review is totally all about Byron, He is super amazing to work with. My Husband and I went to Rosewalk Apartments a few time’s trying to find the perfect apartment for us. Byron would update us on all the information we asked or needed. He is super patient and very humble. He took us out and about to show us different location’s. We felt very comfortable with him. Now because of Byron, we are definitely going to rent our apartment with Rosewalk. Thank you so much Byron for being an amazing person. Rosewalk Apartment’s is very lucky to have someone like you on their team.

I was really going through it and Byron had no type regard to a miscommunication on my end and got my car towed I had episode in the lobby bc the towing is not cheap and already paying so much money it would have been nice to have a warning. But just remember parking so bad that your own apartment complex will have your car towed even if you are tenant. Bc of COLOR. ?? It’s all fake nice. I was already suicidal and he don’t care 🤷‍♀️ have fun with your job I guess you’re doing great following rules and regulations but your own workers will get their car out with a note ! I will continue to ask around and get people opinions! As well stay blessed !

After 25 months at Rosewalk, we've experienced recurring inconveniences with our refrigerator, despite professional assistance from the leasing office, issues persisted, including delays in repairs. Our request for a lease renewal discount due to these troubles was denied and a prolonged wait during an emergency building issue further worsened our experience. Despite understanding priorities during a building emergency, there was disappointment in the lack of follow-up or adequate solutions. A $100 coffee gift card was offered, which fell short of covering a significant portion of incurred financial losses during our tenancy. Dog owners neglect pet waste cleanup, causing overflow issues at the dog trash chute for days. Despite a persistent maintenance request, the gated door in Phase 2 remains unable to fully close for over a year, compromising tenant safety. The office's response when the incident occurred, was inadequate, suggesting the installation of cameras without community awareness, as evident from a police visit related to a nearby break-in. Disappointed with the actions taken during the latest incident, we decided to not renew our lease and submit our 30-day notice. We just hope after this experience, we can at least get back our deposit in good faith.

Bryon has been such an amazing human being from the moment we stepped into his leasing office till he got our apartment for us. He was welcoming, personable, and upfront about the property. He set up alerts to his email when listings became available so that he can email us about them. He kept in constant communication with us and made sure that we got everything we wanted. We had quite a few criteria that needed to be met and he made sure we got them. I would highly recommend Bryon to everyone who is looking to move to Rosewalk. Thank you for everything!
